How is North Drinkware glass made?

Each glass is hand-blown using premium lead-free borosilicate glass. We use proprietary USGS data to create a 3D mold of the mountain peak, which is then integrated into the base of the glass by skilled artisans.

Is the glassware dishwasher and microwave safe?

While our glasses are durable, we recommend hand washing to preserve the clarity and detail of the mountain terrain. They are not intended for use in the microwave or with boiling liquids.

What is your shipping policy for fragile items?

We take extreme care in packaging. Every order is wrapped in custom protective inserts and shipped in reinforced boxes. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our mountain-inspired glassware to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-etched products and sale items are final sale.

Yes, we use precise topographic data from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) to ensure that every ridge and peak is a true-to-life representation of the actual mountain.
